Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ori ("the Service"), operated by Kunolu LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Ori is a personal AI assistant that helps you manage email, calendar, contacts, and tasks. You can interact with Ori via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, voice calls, and the web application. Ori connects to your existing accounts (Google, Microsoft, Todoist) to act on your behalf when authorized.

3. Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to Ori's messaging service:

• You consent to receive automated text messages from Ori at the phone number you provide.
• Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive responses when you message Ori, plus occasional service notifications.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Ori offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) via RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Ori uses AI language models to generate responses and take actions on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing actions Ori takes on your behalf (such as sending emails or creating calendar events). Ori is not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kunolu LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
